Data controller
Bayinext is a Workstad product. Workstad is the data controller for the personal data processed through cookies and similar technologies on bayinext.com.
This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Necessary cookies and records
The items below are needed for the site to work and stay secure; they do not depend on your permission and cannot be turned off. They are not used for advertising or tracking.
- "bayinext-consent" cookie: remembers your cookie choice. It holds only the version of the choice and whether you allowed analytics; it contains no identifier for you. It is a first-party cookie and is kept for 180 days.
- "bayinext-lang" record: remembers the language you chose (Turkish or English). It is not a cookie; it is written to your browser's local storage when you switch language, is not sent to our server and stays until you clear your browser data.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (on form pages only): protects the forms against bots and abuse. It is a third-party service that runs from Cloudflare's own domain (challenges.cloudflare.com). For the check it processes your IP address and technical information about your browser and connection, and while doing so it may use security cookies or similar records on its own domain. Cloudflare states that it does not use this data to identify, profile or target individuals and that Turnstile does not access what you type into the form.
Analytics cookies (only with your permission)
Analytics cookies are used only if you allow the "Analytics" option in the cookie panel. Unless you do, Google Analytics is not loaded, these cookies are not placed and no measurement data is sent to Google. Refusing does not prevent you from using the site.
If you allow it, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-K69ETC0J7Q) is loaded and the cookies below are placed. They are written to the bayinext.com domain (first party); the identifier they hold is sent, together with the measurement data, to Google as the provider of the service.
- "_ga": distinguishes your browser from other visitors with a randomly generated identifier; it does not contain your name or contact details. Kept for 180 days.
- "_ga_K69ETC0J7Q": keeps the state of your visit session. Kept for 180 days.
Data processed for analytics and its purpose
If you give permission, the following data is processed: the random identifier in the cookie, how you arrived at the site, your device and browser details, your approximate location derived from your IP address and the interactions below.
Google Analytics' "Enhanced measurement" feature is on and records the following automatically: the pages you view, scrolling to the bottom of a page, clicks on links leading to another site, file downloads, on-site searches, playing a video embedded in a page, and starting to fill in or sending a form. In addition, the site records these events: clicks on demo, contact, partnership, phone, e-mail and WhatsApp links, a language switch, a frequently asked question you open, and a form being sent or returning an error.
For form events only the form's technical identifier, the address it is sent to and the text of the submit button are recorded; the information you type into forms is not sent to Google Analytics.
This data is processed only to measure how the site is used and to improve it accordingly. Google signals and ad personalisation features are turned off; this data is not used to show you advertising. Measurement data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months.
Collection method and legal ground
This data is collected by fully automated means, through cookies and similar technologies, when you visit the site. The legal grounds are:
- Necessary cookies and records: Article 5(2)(f) of the Law, meaning that processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in remembering your cookie choice and protecting the site against abuse, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Analytics cookies: Article 5(1) of the Law, meaning your explicit consent. Consent is given through the choice you make in the cookie panel, not through this notice.
Transfer of data and transfers abroad
Data obtained through cookies is not sold and is transferred only to the recipients below, for the purposes stated. Because both providers are established abroad, this data is transferred outside Türkiye and processed there. The rules on the protection of personal data in the countries to which it is transferred may differ from those in Türkiye, and it may be harder for you to exercise your rights there.
- Google (the provider of the Google Analytics service): only if you allow analytics cookies, the measurement data listed above, to measure how the site is used.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (the provider of the Turnstile service): on form pages only, your IP address and technical information about your browser and connection, to protect the forms against bots and abuse.
Changing your choice and withdrawing permission
The cookie panel offers "Accept" and "Reject" side by side. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" button at the bottom of every page, and withdraw the permission you gave just as easily.
When you withdraw your permission, the site deletes the "_ga" and "_ga_K69ETC0J7Q" cookies and stops measuring. Withdrawal takes effect for the future; you can ask for the measurement data collected up to that point to be erased through the application route below.
Your choice is remembered for 180 days, after which you are asked again. Whenever there is no valid analytics permission, for example once your choice has expired, the analytics cookies are deleted as well. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the necessary cookie, your choice cannot be remembered and the cookie panel is shown again on every visit.

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to apply to Workstad and, in relation to yourself:
